PRECISION CUTTING

Not all Lasers are built the same. Our intelligent TRUMPF Fiber Tube Laser machines have proprietary technology to ensure parts are cut precisely and consistently.

Using the most efficient cutting process allows us the ability to offer the industry faster turn around times without minimums. We specialize in large production quantities to single prototypes.

Through clever design techniques we are able to add folding frame designs, slot and tab assembly and alignment aids. We also offer etching for quick and easy part identification.

CUTTING EDGE

Our TRUMPF Tube Lasers utilize robust high power Lasers that produce the highest quality cuts, regardless the material type or thickness.

Throughout the entire material handling process materials are monitored by sensors for inconsistencies, changes and potential errors. This ensures accurate parts every time despite material variations.

Our rapid cutting technology and automation accelerates cut times, saving on cut costs and material waste. Optimized production means better parts, less errors and low lead times for our customers.

SMART TECHNOLOGY

Our proprietary software contains networked intelligence – which ensures the perfect interaction between the software and the machine.

Tube LoadMaster can hold up to 4 metric tons of material allows for a much faster more efficient handling of your materials from start to finish. As well as increasing the size and capacity of materials.
